Almost forgot to do this today. It was raining this morning, I am not sure if other places are having as weird of a winter as we are here in the GTA....anywho I got to class this morning and we continued on with out work.  As always there was alot to learn and we got right to it, but like always a certain member of our class feels the need to interject every freakin minute, although even he recognizes that he is perhaps wasting time since he asked the teacher if her should tone down his constant clarification/question asking.  We finished chapter one then went onto learn about values/ethics & confidentiality and moved into defence mechanisms

As part of our counselling course it was recommended we keep a journal, so I am going to do mine online so that I can: a)work on my keyboarding skills, b)actually keep a journal and c)get feedback from others, since this is not only learning about others, but about ourselves as well (seems that all I've been doing for 5 months is learning about myself). So life being what it is there are always twists and turns and things coming out of left field and lately I have been coping rather well.  I have been setting realistic goals, very short term goals at the moment, that I have been hitting and with the aid of a white board in my room I am able

Sooooo yes I havent been around for awhile, but I am still alive and doing well =D!  I finally turned my life around, went to detox and blah blah blah finally got clean.  I also enrolled in school and am now taking a CSW (community service worker) course so life has taken a complete 180 turn from where I was.  I havent had much time lately but now that I am on my two week break I figured I would get some long overdue things done. Since I have some time I figured I would do some writing, and considering what has been going on in politics lately there is more then enough to keep me busy.  But yea other than that I am not too sure what else I c
